    Horizon Personal Training uses cheerleading specific training to ensure your athlete optimizes their specific needs. We treat every athlete as an individual to be able to focus on their requirements. Every program is designed based on your athletes’ age, experience and position. The physical requirements will be different whether they are a flyer or a base.

    We use plyometric drills to aide your cheerleader with their acrobatics. We use scientifically based resistance training to help your athlete handle the physical demands of performing. We work on strength, power and endurance. This unique combination has been the recipe for success to help countless cheerleaders make it to the next level
