Using scientifically based strategies, we train your athlete for their specific needs. We use a vast variety of tools need to build the speed, agility, strength and power needed to create an exceptional athlete. Whether you need to improve breakaway speed; sharpen your change of direction; or explode off the line faster, we know how to take your football player from the athlete they could be to the athlete that they are meant to be.
We use proper resistance training to help strengthen your athlete’s physical needs. Whether using hypertrophy to build strength and size of your athlete; power to improve explosiveness; or muscular endurance to handle the metabolic demand of the game, we can implement the strategies needed to get peak results.
Every program is carefully periodized to ensure your athlete is ready to perform at their optimal athletic potential at all points throughout the season. We use extensive screening and corrective exercises to maximize injury prevention. And we teach proper nutrition so your athlete is fuelled properly to support their individual needs.
