    Softball Specific Personal Training

    Softball has a few key demands unique to softball. There is the need for strong rotation of the hips and trunk for throwing and hitting. There is the need for mobile and strong shoulders and rotator cuffs to protect the shoulder from the physical demands of softball. There is the need for quick reaction time and bursts of speed to be able to get down the base path as quick as possible. We use a blend of specific resistance training, speed drills, and core exercises to help your softball athlete compete at peak performance. We use tools of periodization to ensure your athlete optimizes the opportunities available at all points of the season. We also put every athlete through a comprehensive evaluation to discover their individual and specific needs. We train every athlete and train them as in individual, giving them the attention they deserve.
