Rachel B. (Personal Trainer)
Rachel grew up in Southern California, where she spent much of her free time playing club soccer, snorkeling on the coast, hiking in the mountains, and lifting weights at the gym. Early on, she discovered the incredible physical and mental benefits of exercise. She believes, if possible, exercise should be implemented in all lives as it is a natural stress reliever, anti-depressant, overall mood enhancer, fighter against a plethora of illnesses, prevents diseases and memory loss, improves sleep, and improves self confidence. Exercise can aid clients to look good, and feel better. She attended Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, where she earned her B.A. in business administration.
Shortly after graduating, she became a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine, and she has been training ever since. Her passion is to guide and empower clients to live a healthier lifestyle through nutrition and fitness. She strives to guide each individual to achieve their personal goals and optimize their quality of life.
